Step 1

Fill out our Free Assessment form and wait for a Watch Hub technician to be in contact Click here to fill out a form now Once a technician has received the form they will contact you by phone or email. We prefer to call you direct to complete our Assessment as it helps us to give you a more accurate Estimate.
Step 2
Parcel and Send
If you are happy with the Assessment and Estimate details, we will then confirm all we have discussed, including likely costs in a confirmation email. The confirmation email will explain how to parcel and send the watch to us via a secure postal service.
Step 3
Await Estimate confirmation
Once your watch has been received at our workshop, a technician will complete a recorded visual inspection while opening the parcel. They will then confirm the Assessment and Estimate details are correct or may suggest further repairs if they are required. Once we have confirmed all required repairs we will contact you to discuss, we will never start work until you say to do so.
Next day delivery
Send your watch direct to us and we send it straight back to your front door via a fully insured and tracked delivery service. 48hr repair turnaround. You can even track the progress of your repair on it’s journey home.
